I was invited as ambassador to create an illustration for the Posterheroes Contest.
Disabilities can be visible, like physical ones, or invisible, like mental health disorders, cognitive dysfunctions, hearing and vision problems… Avoid stereotypes and promote a narrative of disability that is neither positive nor negative, but simple expression of the diversity that characterizes the human race.
By recognizing human diversity, we can understand and value the plurality of experiences and identities. I have focused on invisible disabilities and diversity. Each person has a world within themselves that we must learn to recognize and appreciate as something unique.
